Shelle's Nails Shop Policies

Nail sets are custom made after consultation to ensure perfect color, shape and length.

No refunds, exchanges or returns under any circumstances.  All sales are final.  No refunds due to customer sizing errors. Sizing is the customer's responsibility

Orders are confirmed after checkout. All custom orders require an upfront consultation that must be initiated via DM on Instagram at @shelles.nails or via email at shellesnails@gmail.com

Order cannot be changed or canceled after confirmation.  Processing of order begins once payment is confirmed.

Processing time is 7-10 days, not including shipping.

Pricing is dependent on design not on length or shape of nail

No wholesale orders. Nails may not be repackaged or resold.

No refunds or exchanges.  Nail sizing is customer's responsibility. Please measure nails via measuring guide to choose from the standardized sizes. For best fit a Sizing Kit is recommended. Sizes stay on file for all future orders. We will not begin creating your set until we receive your sizes. Length and shape of nails does not alter price. 

Colors may vary and appear different in person due to variations in screens. Nail sets are handmade and custom, as such, nails will vary slightly from pictures. No two nails will be exactly alike.
