Shipping policy

Shelle's Nails is not responsible for shipping carrier errors. Once the order is with shipping carrier, the order is no longer Shelle's Nails responsibility. In most cases the order will be shipped with USPS. Incorrect shipping addresses can not be changed after the order is sent. The customer must pay related shipping charges to have the order re-sent. It is not always possible to resend a shipment if a wrong address was used or if the carrier looses the package. Please contact us if there is an issue with the package.
