No refunds or exchanges. Nail sizing is customer's responsibility. A Sizing Kit is required for all new customers. Sizes stay on file for all future orders. We will not begin creating your set until we receive your sizes. Length and shape of nails does not alter price.
Colors may vary and appear different in person due to variations in screens. Nail sets are handmade and custom, as such, nails will vary slightly from pictures. No two nails will be exactly alike.
